Welcome aboard!!

Summer 85 was my one and only time doing a whole tour!
I know that makes my opinion very biased.
One of, if not the best vacation I ever had. It was without a doubt a fun time to be a deadhead! As AR noted, this was a time when there seemed to be a big increase in the popularity of the band. I guess I was a part of that as my first show was only the year before. Because this was my "era", I have a fondness for mid 80s that I know alot of other folks don't share. I personally feel like this whole tour just crackles with energy and I enjoy revisiting it on a fairly regular basis. Listening to these shows is like visiting an old friend. There is just a certain comfort level that makes me smile!!

My favorites from this tour....
